Quote and window-plan requests
When you submit a form, the site collects the information you enter, which can include your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, approximate window count, project timing, home-age range, concerns and project notes. It also records the page that produced the request and campaign tags in the page URL when present.
The information is used to review your replacement-window project, answer questions, provide preliminary guidance, arrange an appointment if you request one and follow up about that project. A quote request does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter or automated marketing sequence.
Form data is sent to the lead-delivery service at jarvis-sms.com so it can reach the person who runs Midland Window Guide. Your inquiry is not sold to a lead broker or distributed to multiple window companies.
Phone, text and email
If you choose email, the reply should begin by email. If you choose a call or text, you must provide a phone number and you authorize contact about the request using that method. Carrier messaging and data rates can apply to text messages. You can ask for contact to stop at any time.
Window color visualizer and home photos
The visualizer reads the photo you select in your browser and sends the image to jarvis-sms.com for AI-assisted image processing when you choose a frame color. The processed image is returned to your browser so you can preview or download it. Do not upload a photo containing people, license plates, documents or other information you do not want processed.
The current tool does not require an account. If you do not want a home photo processed by the external service, do not use the visualizer; you can still request color samples through the regular project form.
Analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as form starts, successful submissions and phone or email link clicks. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, referral and usage information according to its own terms and privacy practices. The analytics are used to improve the site and understand which resources lead to useful project conversations.
Security and retention
Reasonable steps are used to send form data securely, but no website or email system can promise perfect security. Project information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, manage a resulting customer relationship, meet legal or recordkeeping needs and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may ask what project information is on hand, request a correction or ask for deletion when no legal or business recordkeeping need requires it to be retained. You can also use the site without submitting a form.
